סמל בלאסט הוא אחד המתחרים הזכורים מסדרת האנימציה הקלאסית מרוצים מטורפים של האנה ברברה, שעלתה לראשונה בשנת 1968. הוא מייצג את הדמות הצבאית של המרוץ, לבוש במדים וקסדה צבאית ונוהג ברכבו הייחודי Army Surplus Special, לצד עוזרו הפרטי.
בכל מרוץ מפגין סמל בלאסט משמעת צבאית, ביטחון עצמי ונחישות, אך כמו יתר המתחרים הוא נאלץ להתמודד שוב ושוב עם התחבולות של דיק דאסטארדלי ומאטלי. אופיו המשעשע והמראה הייחודי שלו הפכו אותו לאחת הדמויות האהובות מהסדרה.
גרסה זו שוחררה במסגרת Summer Convention 2019 Exclusive, מהדורה מיוחדת שיצאה לרגל אירועי הקיץ של פאנקו בשנת 2019. המדבקה הרשמית שעל האריזה הופכת אותה לגרסה מבוקשת במיוחד בקרב אספני האנה ברברה ואוהבי סדרות האנימציה הקלאסיות.
